The Guesthouse

The Guesthouse is located in the leafy eastern suburbs of Adelaide and is only 1km from the City. Walk via a beautiful park lined with 150 year old gum tress, colonial olive orchards and some of the most lovely scenery in Adelaide. The Adelaide Botanic Gardens, Rundle Street and North Terrace Cultural Precinct is a comfortable 30 minute walk. The Guesthouse is Adelaide's most beautiful short term rental accommodation.

The Guesthouse is fully equipped with kitchen and laundry facilities, and provides a stylish and relaxed environment. The two bedrooms (each with queen-sized beds) are spacious and comfortable. The property is fully air-conditioned/ heated and has beautiful classic and original retro features – including decorative ceilings and 1970’s French encaustic-style tiles.

The property also has a small courtyard to view the plentiful supply of birds that visit from the adjacent City Parklands and a barbeque for relaxed meals.

The Guesthouse is ideally located to take advantage of Clipsal 500, Tour DownUnder, Fringe Garden and the International Horse Trials. All of these events are within an easy walk.
